All bets are subject to acceptance by BoomBet. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is generated, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player.
Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet placement. In-play odds fluctuate in real time. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the final odds that apply. Match results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket matches, or the ICC for international fixtures.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: match abandonment, incorrect odds due to a technical error, duplicate bet entries, or where the outcome was known at the time of placement. Void bets are refunded to your account balance at the original stake.
In accumulator bets, all selections must win for the bet to pay out. If one leg of an accumulator is void, it is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at adjusted odds.
BoomBet's casino and slots section features games from third-party software providers. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.
Live Casino games are streamed in real time from studios operated by our game providers. Chat functions within Live Casino tables must be used respectfully. Abusive or offensive behaviour towards dealers or other players will result in chat restrictions or account suspension.
BoomBet is not responsible for interruptions to game play caused by third-party software providers, network outages, or your own device or connectivity issues. In the event of a verified game malfunction affecting the outcome of a wager, BoomBet will investigate and may void and refund the affected bets at its sole discretion.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on BoomBet and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:
BoomBet cooperates with relevant financial and law enforcement authorities where legally required. If prohibited conduct is suspected, accounts may be frozen while an investigation is conducted. BoomBet's decision in such matters is final.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BoomBet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical errors beyond our control, service interruptions, or third-party payment provider delays.
BoomBet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
BoomBet does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or error-free. We perform scheduled and emergency maintenance which may result in temporary downtime. We will aim to notify players of planned maintenance in advance via the Platform or our official channels.
BoomBet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Platform after changes come into effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the Platform and, if you wish, request account closure through our support team.
